Sustainable Foam is a great sensory play idea and way to use aquafaba, aka the leftover liquid from cooked chickpeas.

You can get aquafaba either by draining a can of chickpeas or reserving the liquid from homecooked chickpeas.

How to make Sustainable Foam:

1. Simply drain your chickpeas and place aquafaba in a bowl.

2. Whisk (just like you would egg whites!) until foamy.

3. Add a pinch of cream of tartar and a few drops of colouring (optional), and keep whisking until stiff peaks form.

4. Foam is now ready to use.

Have fun!!!!!! :)
